OK Studios is an artist run charitable organisation set up to help secure a working environment for professional contemporary visual artists.
Our goals
OK aims to provide, where possible, access to studio spaces and exhibition opportunities for artists and to create greater access to the visual arts and encourage learning and appreciation of these amongst the local community.
The story so far...
The story of OK Studios is not untypical of studios groups everywhere. It's about like minded people getting together to make something happen.
And for the future...
In 2006, OK Studios Company Limited are keen to establish links with the business community based in the wigan borough. OK Studios is keen to encourage artists to seek further studio space and will give guidance and help to associate member artists to establish satellite studios in the borough under the umbrella of OK Studios.
